Years ago I took a motorcycle safety class I was excited to ride a new scooter that I just got without even having rode a bicycle in years. "Watch where you want to go because that is your path dont watch the wall or the obstacles that are not on your path otherwise they become your direction." The above picture is what your immune system should be doing. We can choose to focus on our immune system learning quickly to recognize this intruder and act against it.
